摘    要:轴向旋涡流是离心叶轮内特殊的流动现象.它的速度分布规律与叶轮特性关系密切。本文作者采用先进的PIV系统在改型叶轮内进行实验研究,首次成功获得叶轮轴向旋涡瞬态流场。经数据处理、分析,揭示了轴向旋涡流相对速度在不同转速时的分布规律。实验研究结果将深化人们对离心叶轮内流场的认识。

Abstract:Relative eddy is a special flow phenomenon, occurring within centrifugal impeller passage. Its speed distribution is closely related to impeller characteristics. Author of this paper conducted experimental investigation for relative eddy in a modified impeller passage by employing an advanced PIV system. For the first time, the velocity distribution in the flow fields of relative eddy was obtained successfully. After data processing and analysis, relative velocity profiles were procured at diverse impeller rotational speeds. The test results will intensify the knowledge of the inner flow field in centrifugal impeller passage.
