摘    要:以4个母本、4个父本共8个亲本为材料,采用不完全双列杂交试验设计,测定了杂交亲本及其子代叶片颜色、枯黄程度及二者的杂种优势.研究发现不同杂交组合的枯黄程度杂种优势不大,但各组合间的叶片颜色的杂种优势差异较大,同一亲本在不同组合中的杂种优势值不同.

Abstract:There were eight buffalograss(Buchloe dactyloides)parents, four male and female each, by incompletely diallel cross design, the degree of turning yellow,leaf color of the parents and the offsprings were determined. The heterosis of the degree of leaf turning yellow and the leaf color were also mensured. The heterosis of buffalograss leaf turning yellow was low, difference existed in the heterosis of leaf color. And the same parent had different heterosis value in different cross groups.
