静电场对翠菊和矮牵牛种子萌发的影响

摘    要:用场强为140kv/m的静电场对于不同贮藏年代的翠菊和矮牵牛种子处理15min,然后使其萌发,并测定其种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数,以及种子外渗液电导率的变化。结果表明,1988~1990年3年不同年代收获贮藏的翠菊种子,随着贮藏年代增加,其种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数下降,种子外渗液的电导率增加。经静电处理后,种子发芽率和种子简化活力指数都有较大增加,比对照达到极显著差异,同时种子外渗液的电导率则降低。1986~1990年采收贮藏的矮牵牛种子也是随着贮藏年代的增加,发芽率和种子活力随之下降,外渗液电导率增加。同样,经静电场处理后,种子发芽率和种子活力均有较大增加,与对照相比,1988和1989年的种子都达到极显著水平。1990和1987年的种子达到显著水平。另外电导率也有不同程度的降低。

Abstract:Seeds of china aster and low morning glory of different storage periods weretreated 15 min by l40kv/m electrostatic Field.The germination rate,simplified seed vigourindex and electrotite conducfivity of seed were determined;It showed that:for china esterwhen the seeds were harvested and stored at different times for three vears from 1988 to1990 year,germination rate sand seed vigor indexes were decreasedand electrolyte conduc-tivity was increased with the increase of storage period, By treatment of electrostatic field,seed germination and seed vigor index obviously increased,and seed elenctrolyte,conductivitydecreased.A similar trend was observed in low morning glovy seeds harvested and storedfrom 1986 to 1990 year.
