杏鲍菇多糖提取及其抗氧化活性

摘    要:利用单因素试验和正交试验对杏鲍菇多糖提取工艺条件进行研究。确定最佳工艺条件为:提取温度70 ℃、提取时间为1.5 h,乙醇浓度75%,多糖的得率为2.33%。并对杏鲍菇多糖进行初步的抗氧化活性测定,测定杏鲍菇多糖的羟基自由基的清除率达到35.76%。

Abstract:Optimal parameters of polysaccharide extraction from fresh Pleurotus eryngii using the solvent extract were obtained by single factor experiments and orthogonal teats.The optimum conditions were temperature 70 ℃,extract time 1.5 h,ethanol concentration 75%.According to the analysis of extract,the yield of polysaccharide from fresh Pleurotus eryngii was 2.33%.Antioxidant activity about polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii was measured. The clearance rate of hydroxyl radical scavenging about polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii was 35.76%.
