摘    要:研究了不同质量浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和双吉尔6号(GGR-6)对西南卫矛Euonymus hamiltonianus和卫矛E.alatus插穗生根的影响.旨在为西南卫矛和卫矛的快速繁殖提供参考依据。结果表明:西南卫矛属于愈合组织生根类型。综合生根率、不定根根长和不定根根数等指标,300mg·L^-1 GGR-6处理效果最优;卫矛属于皮部和愈合组织综合生根类型。卫矛经过300mg·L^-1 IAA处理后生根率最高,达到91.10%。表1参9

Abstract:The research on the cutting propagation of Euonymus hamiltonianus and E.alatus was carried out using NAA,IAA and GGR-6 at 50,150,300 mg.L-1 concentrations in order to provide references to their rapid propagation in large volume.The results showed that(1) the rooting of E.hamiltonianus belonged to callus rooting type;The GGR-6 concentration of 300 mg.L-1 had marked the best effects for E.hamiltonianus taking such the factors into account as rooting percentage,the length and number of roots.(2) the rooting o...
