摘    要:1973—1990年的实地调查和标样鉴定结合有关报道明确,我国水稻条纹叶枯病分布于福建、江西、浙江、上海、江苏、安徽、湖北、广西、广东、云南、山东、河南、河北、北京、辽宁和台湾等16个省区,其中在福建已波及36个县市.以四优2号和黎明粳为供试品种,采用同期播种、分期接种方法,明确了水稻三叶期、五叶期和分蘖始期接种发病的损失可达79%-100%;分蘖盛期接种发病的,减产50%-70%;幼穗分化期40%-50%;孕穗期10%-15%;齐穗期1-3%;乳熟期不受影响.2个品种趋势一致,以黎明粳受害大些.这一结果打破了以往把幼穗分化期以前作为病害感染的界线,并可为病害测报和治虫防病提供科学依据.

Abstract:Rice stripe has been known to distribute over 16 provinces of China,including Taiwan,Fujian,Jiangxi,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Anhui,Hubei,Guangxi,Guangdong, Yunnan,Shandong,Henan,Hebei,Beijing and Liaoning and 35 counties/cities in Fujian based on the investigations,sample identification during 1973-1990,and other involved re- ports.Cvs.Siyou No.2 and Limingjing were used as tested varieties,sowed simultaneously and inoculated rice stripe virus with viruliferous Laodelphax striatellus by states to determine the losses.Results showed that the losses of grain yield were 79%-100%,50%-70%, 40%-50%,10%-15%,1%-3%,no loss in correspondence with those stages infected at 3-leaf,5-leaf and tillering stage;top tillering stage,ear differentiation stage,boot stage,head- ing stage and mature stage.The 2 varieties had the same tendency although the losses on cv. Limingjing were a bit more serious.There results have broken down the view re.plrted pre- viously that the infective period was limited to ear differentiation stage,moreover,they will provide the scientific basis for forcasting the occurrence of RSV and preventing it through controlling the vector.
