关于京津冀区域农业协调发展的探讨

文章从京津冀农业自然资源、人力资源、科技资金条件三方面,对京津冀农业生产要素差异进行分析,采用农业内部结构、农产品商品化程度、农业生产效率三指标对京津冀农业发展状况进行比较,得出结论是农业生产要素禀赋上的差异及互补性使京津冀区域农业协调发展成为必然。京津冀各方应根据自身的资源禀赋和产业优势,进行区域分工、合理定位,才能促进区域农业的协调发展。

Researches on the Coordinated Development of Agriculture in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province

The difference of agricultural production elements in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province was analyzed from the different angles of agricultural natural resources, human resources, science and technology funds in the paper. Agricultural development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province was compared from three indexes including the internal structure of agriculture, farm produce commercialization and agricultural production efficiency. It was concluded that the difference and complementarity from the nature of agricultural production factor in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei necessitate the coordinated development of agriculture. They should take their own advantages and distribute industry accordingly, so that a harmony development of local agriculture will be achieved.
