摘    要:本文介绍了顶空气相色谱技术测定蔬菜中有机硫杀菌剂残留量的分析方法。这个方法可以直接测定密封反应瓶中,农药被酸分解产生的二硫化碳。3种农药(代森锰锌、代森锌、福美双)在4种蔬菜(番茄、黄瓜、大白菜、扁豆)中的残留量回收试验表明:其方法回收率范围:90.8-102.0%,均值96.9%;添加回收率范围:80.7-101.2%,均值96.3%。方法的最小检测浓度为0.01ppm。

Abstract:Most of the work on the determination of dithiocarbamate fungicide residues on food crops was detected by the spectrophotometry methods. In the present work, an attempt was made to develop a gas chromatographic head-space to determine dithiocarbamate residues on vegetables. This method enables one to determine carbon disulfide directly (liquid-gas in equilibrium) in the gas phase, in a hermetical reactor when the residues are decomposed by heat diluted hydrochloric acid. Recoveries of mancozeb, zineb and thiram ranged from 90.8-102.0% (average 96.9%) without vegetables, and from 80.7-101.2% (average 96.3%) with tomatoes, cucumbers, Chinese cabbages and hyacinth beans. A minimum concentration of 0.01 ppm of carbon disulfide can be measured accurately.
