摘    要:目的:研究骨基质明胶(BMG)防治人工关节无菌性松动的可行性。方法:制备兔BMC及陶瓷人工股骨头。大白兔40只,随机分成两组,行右人工股骨头置换,一组植入BMC,另一组不植BMC作为对照,并以不同时期作生物力学测定,组织学检查,立体显微摄影和电子探针检测,以了解人工关节周围的成骨情况。

Abstract:Objective: Topreventasepticlooseningafterartificialjointreplacementbybonematrixgelatin(BMG). Methods: BMGandrabbitprosthesisoffemoralheadweremade.Fortyrabbits,operatedonthemforrightartificialreplacement,weredividedrandomlyintotwogroups.BMGwasimplantedintorabbitprothesisinonegroup,andothergroupwasnotascontrolgroup.Thetissuesaroundprosthesiswereexaminedbybiologicdynamictest,histologicexamination,dimensionalmicroscopy,andelectricprobeXraymicroscopyanalysis. Results: ThepulloutstrengthofBMGgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup.TheosteoinductivequantityandqualityofBMGgroupwereobviouslyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup. Conclusion: BMGcouldaccelerateperiprosthesesosteoinductionandpreventasepticlooseningofcementlessprosthesis.
