傣药倒心盾翅藤扦插繁殖研究

摘    要:采用不同扦插材料、扦插基质、外源激素、扦插时期筛选倒心盾翅藤扦插的最佳条件。结果表明:倒心盾翅藤的根和茎均可以作为扦插材料,其中以半木质化枝条或根做扦插材料,以河沙作扦插基质,成活率可达到67.78%~100%。NAA和IAA两种激素可显著提高插穗的成活率。扦插时期以3月中旬效果最好。

Abstract:The effects of different cutting materials, cutting substrates, exogenous hormone and cutting date on the cutting survive rate of Aspidopterys obcordata var. obcordata were studied to obtain an optimum cutting condition. The results showed that both of roots and stems of A. obcordata var. obcordata could be used as the cutting materials.
