LAS高效降解菌的分离鉴定及其降解性能的初步研究

摘    要:从环境中筛选分离出能高效降解直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)的菌株,研究其降解性能,以期为LAS污染治理提供菌种资源。利用富集培养技术从重庆市某地区经含洗涤剂污水长期浸泡的污泥中分离获得1株对直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)具有较强降解能力的菌株,命名为L1。通过对菌株形态、生理和生化特性分析,初步鉴定菌株L1为黄单胞菌属(Xanthomona sp.)。经研究,该菌的生长和LAS降解率在pH 5.0~7.5之间比较稳定,其中在pH为7.0时效果最佳,并且具有一定的酸碱调节能力。LAS浓度为150 mg/L,是该菌生长和LAS降解的最适浓度,48 h菌体生长量测定的吸光值可达0.413,LAS降解率可达87.64%,表明菌株L1具有治理LAS污染的潜在应用价值。

Abstract:In order to supply microorganism resources to LAS pollution control, the author dealt with isolating a strain with high degradability to degrade LAS from environment and studying on its degradability.
