禽类就巢性相关基因研究进展

摘    要:家禽就巢性是一个低遗传力性状,受少数几个常染色体基因控制.从内分泌的角度看,母禽的就巢行为由一系列激素控制.催乳素是就巢发生和维持最为关键的激素.介绍了影响禽类就巢性相关基因(催乳素和催乳素受体基因)的研究进展,包括基因结构、功能及作用机理.

Abstract:It was indicated that poultry broodiness was controlled by some genes coming from euchromosomes.It was belong to a low heretability character.However,poultry broodiness was controlled by a series of hormone from incretion function.Prolactin is important of hormones for happening and maintain of broodiness.Some genes affecting poultry broodiness,such as the structure,function and action mechanism of PRL and prolactin receptor gene,were introduced in this paper.
