| 摘 要： | 青海三江源高原草地生态系统的保护已引起社会的关注和国家的重视，人与自然和谐、建设生态文明，对三江源高原草地生态系统保护具有极其重要的意义。从青海藏区经济社会发展的角度出发，以帕累托改进理论的方法探讨建立三江源高原草地生态系统保护补偿机制，以缓解和遏制其功能下降，解决区域内民生发展问题，促进青海省生态保护战略和优势资源发展战略的实施。
