偶联剂对竹塑复合材料界面及热稳定性的影响

摘    要:为研究马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)、超分散包覆剂(YB-510)等3种偶联剂对竹塑复合材料界面及热稳定性的影响,利用环境扫描电子显微镜((ESEM))观察了竹塑复合材料的断面微观形貌,利用热重—差热联用热分析仪(TG-DTA)分别分析了纯竹粉、低密度聚乙烯树脂(LDPE)及加入不同偶联剂后的竹塑复合材料的热失重(TG)曲线和一阶微分(DTG)曲线。结果表明,添加3种偶联剂后,竹粉都能够均匀地分散在LDPE塑料基体中;MAPE可以提高竹塑复合材料的热稳定性,MAPP对复合材料的热稳定性没有明显影响,而YB-510对竹塑复合材料的热稳定性具有不良影响。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of three coupling agents(MAPP,MAPE,YB-510) on bamboo-plastic composites interface and thermal stability,this experiment used environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM) observed the fracture micromorphologies of bamboo-plastic composites,used thermal gravity-differential thermal analysis combined thermal analyzer(TG-DTA) dealt with the thermogravimetric(TG) and derivative thermogravimetric(DTG) curves of pure bamboo flour、low density polyethylene(LDPE) and bamboo-plastic composites with different coupling agents added respectively.The results showed that the bamboo flour could evenly disperse into LDPE matrix after added 3 coupling agents,maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(MAPE) could improve thermal stability of bamboo-plastic composites,maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(MAPP) had no significant effect on the thermal stability of composites,super dispersing coating agent(YB-510) had adverse effect on thermal stability of composites.
