灰色关联度分析在食饲兼用型甘薯新品种评价中的应用

摘    要:采用灰色关联度多维综合评估法,以桂薯二号为对照,对广西近年来新选育的11个食饲兼用型甘薯新品种的8个性状指标进行综合评估,旨在为扩大甘薯新品种的选育与推广提供依据。结果表明,12个供试品种与参考品种的加权关联度依次为:桂06-235(0.7857)、桂06-99(0.6617)、桂05-192(0.6463)、桂06-2(0.6259)、桂05-162(0.6036)、桂06-49(0.6019)、桂04-80(0.5699)、桂05-39(0.5496)、桂薯二号(0.5232)、桂05-197(0.5205)、桂03-75(0.5030)、桂04-167(0.4714),与单独依据产量进行评价存在较大差异,但评价结果与品种实际表现相一致,说明应用灰色关联度多维综合评估法评价甘薯品种的优劣是可行的。

Abstract:In order to provide reference for breeding and extension of new sweet potato varieties, an experiment has been conducted to comprehensively evaluate characteristics of eleven new dual-purpose (edible and forage) type sweet potato varieties, which were bred in Guangxi during recent years, on the basis of Grey Relation Analysis (GRA). The sweet potato variety Guishu 2 was used as the check. The descending order of the weighting GRA between eleven tested varieties and the CK variety is as follows: Gui 06-235 (0.7857), Gui 06-99(0.6617), Gui 05-192(0.6463), Gui 06-2(0.6259), Gui 05-162(0.6036), Gui 06-49(0.6019), Gui 04-80(0.5699), Gui 05-39(0.5496), Guishu 2(0.5232), Gui 05-197 (0.5205), Gui 03-75(0.5030), and Gui 04-167(0.4714). The differences in yield were significant, and there was no difference between the evaluation results and the actual appearance of the varieties. These results revealed that multidimensional and comprehensive evaluation method using GRA may be used for evaluating sweet potato varieties.
