| Abstract: | Present situation of sweet potato production and industry development in Fujian Province was overviewed, the cur- rent characteristics and the existing problems in sweet potato industrialization were pointed out, countermeasures including re- lying on progress of science and technology, increasing R ＆ D investment, improving the service system of science and tech- nology and cultivation of leading enterprises were proposed in order to ensure the sustainable development of sweet potato in- dustry. |
