| 摘 要： | 从水利工程管理的重要性出发,分析了水利工程管理现状与问题,针对问题提出了如下创新管理策略:解放思想,更新观念;完善管理体制,实施有效管理;做好水利工程维护保养工作;妥善解决历史遗留问题,建立合理规则制度;加大农村水利投入和加强水利工程管理的信息化建设。
