青海省大通县水土保持生态建设成效与经验

大通县是一个以回族、土族为主的少数民族自治县,是青海省省会西宁市辖县之一,也是根据扶贫开发重点县。由于沟壑纵横,地表破碎,降雨集中,土壤以黄土和栗钙土为主,长期以来水土流失严重。全县辖9镇11乡18个社区居委会和289个村委会,总人口44.98万人,全县有汉、回、藏、蒙古族等25个民族,少数民族人口占总人口的44.4%,脆弱的生态环境严重制约了社会经济的快速发展。

Results and Experience of Soil and Water Conservation in Datong City of Qinghai

Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County-based minority,is one of the provincial capital Xining,counties,and is based on key poverty alleviation counties.As the ravines,broken surface,concentrated rainfall,soil,loess and chestnut soil,has long been serious soil erosion.County jurisdiction rural town of 11 9 18 community committees and 289 village committees,with a total population of 44.98 million,the county has the Han,Hui,Tibetan,Mongolian and other 25 ethnic minority population of the total population of 44.4 %,the fragile ecological environment seriously hampered the rapid social and economic development.
