对果树的繁殖要求以更经济,更有效的手段来弥补过去有严重缺陷的传统手段。因此在市场效应的催化下,一种新的繁殖手段──组织培养应运而生。植物组织和细胞培养技术是植物脱毒、快繁及工厂化种苗生产、单倍体诱导、体细胞杂交及突变体筛选等细胞工程改良植物性状,以及基因工程创造新种质等现代生物技术的一种基础性手段。
