| 摘 要： | 近年来,农民为了在"三秋"等农忙季节抢收抢种,直接焚烧秸秆造成了严重的社会问题,江苏省滨湖区政府为了从根本上解决这一现象,坚持开展秸秆机械化全量还田的探索与实践,取得了一定的进展。
