林业生态环境建设及其可持续发展

森林作为人类赖以生存的基础资源,在维护地球生命、改善人们生活环境方面发挥着重大的作用。人类曾经因为破坏森林生态环境得到过惩罚。之后,人类逐步认识到森林生态关系到一个国家或民族的兴旺发达,在实现国家可持续发展中发挥着重要作用。笔者指出目前在森林生态环境建设方面存在的问题,然后提出森林生态环境建设的有效策略,最后总结出森林生态环境建设在实现可持续发展中的战略地位。

forests as the basis for human survival resources,in maintaining life on Earth,to improve people's living environment has played a significant role.Human destruction of forests because of the ecological environment has been too punitive.After the man come to understand: the relationship to the forest ecological prosperity of a country or nation in achieving sustainable development in the country play an important role.This article first pointed out that the current construction of forest ecological environment problems,and propose the construction of forest ecological environment an effective strategy and,finally,out of the forest ecological environment for sustainable development in a strategic position.
