| 摘 要： | 传统的项目管理方法在资源的安排方面存在着先天的缺陷,而关键链方法为单一资源限制下的项目管理提供了出路。本文在介绍关键链(CCPM)方法的基础上,对传统的项目管理方法——关键路径法(CPM)与关键链方法进行了比较,并结合项目群管理的特点将关键链方法应用于项目群管理,建立了关键链项目群管理流程;最后通过实例的分析,进而验证关键链方法应用于项目群管理的有效性。
