我国农业机械化发展已进入中级阶段中期,弱势地区应予以特别关注。通过分析各地区农业生产、农机购置投入总量及强度情况,得出形成农机化弱势地区的原因,即自然条件、农业生产条件、社会经济条件及工作因素等。并提出促进弱势地区农机化加快发展的对策建议。
