| 摘 要： | 采用间接血凝试验,对河南6个地区猪场的275份血清进行了衣原体检测。结果表明,各个地区的猪场均有不同程度的感染,平均感染率为25.5%,感染率由10.5%~35.4%不等;不同状况的母猪感染情况不同,有流产、死胎的母猪阳性率明显高于正常母猪。

| Abstract: | 275 porcine serum samples were collected from six regions in Henan Province for examining antibody against C psitaci using an IHA test.The results showed that the infection of C psitaci in swine in Henan was widely existed,the positive rates of these sera were 10.5%-35.4%,and the average positive rate was 25.5%;The infective rates occured in different conditions.The sows with abortion orstillbirth had higher infective rate than the normal sows. |
