管道防腐作业工艺参数及其算法

摘    要:目前管道防腐涂敷作业工艺参数基本凭经验确定,既影响涂敷作业线调试的准确性,又耗费时间、人力和材料。为此,根据长期作业实践,基于常用的管道涂敷作业线结构,推导出轮胎中心距、轮胎偏转角和轮胎转速3个参数的计算公式,总结了相应参数的调试方法,对管道涂敷作业线的生产运行具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Currently,technological parameters of pipeline in anti-corrosion coating operation are basically determined based on experience,which not only affects the debugging accuracy of coating assembly line,but also wastes time,manpower and materials.Therefore,in accordance with long-term material coating practices and based on commonly-used structure of pipeline coating assembly line,3-parameter calculation formula,that is,tire center distance,tire deflection angle and tire rotary speed,is derived and a corresponding debugging method of the parameters is summarized,showing important guiding significances on running of pipeline coating assembly line.
