大型LNG储罐的完整性管理与解构

摘    要:基于管道的完整性管理体系已经得到一定程度的发展和实践应用,而钢质储罐尤其是大型LNG储罐的完整性管理概念和相应方法尚处于探讨阶段。从对管道的完整性管理进行解构开始,通过探寻其概念起源、实用目的、技术体系与管理体系的核心,深入剖析了管道完整性管理的实质。在可迁移的基础上,从LNG储罐的基本特征出发并依据相关国际规范,尝试建立LNG全容罐完整性管理概念,提出其主要体系框架,结合一般钢质储罐的风险评价方法及国外对LNG储罐生命周期与老化的最新研究成果,提出LNG储罐的完整性评价方法,从而为我国LNG行业建立完整性管理体系提供积极借鉴,同时丰富完整性管理的内涵。

Abstract:As the pipeline integrity management system has been developed and applied to some extent, the integrity management of steel tank, especially large-scale LNG storage tank, is still in its initial stage in concept and related methods. From deconstruction of integrity management to pipeline, it analyzes the nature of integrity management of pipeline through exploring its concept origin, practical purpose, and core technical system and management system. Starting from basic features of LNG storage tank, and according to related national codes, it tries to establish the concept of integrity management about LNG tank, puts forward framework for main systems. Combined with risk assessment methods and the latest research results for life cycle and aging of LNG storage tank abroad, it presents the assessment method for integrity of LNG storage tank, and thus provides good reference to the introduction of integrity management systems into LNG industry which is in flourishing development in China.
