网纹甜瓜果实主要性状的配合力分析

摘    要:选用6份网纹甜瓜材料按Griffing方法Ⅳ配制杂交组合15个,对网纹甜瓜果实的主要性状进行配合力分析。结果表明,单果质量、折光糖含量、果肉厚度和果形指数的遗传均受加性效应和非加性效应的控制,其中单果质量、折光糖含量和果形指数的遗传以加性效应为主,果肉厚度的遗传则以非加性效应为主。M-14为综合性状较优,利用潜力高的亲本材料。选用6份网纹甜瓜材料按Griffing方法Ⅳ配制杂交组合15个,对网纹甜瓜果实的主要性状进行配合力分析。结果表明,单果质量、折光糖含量、果肉厚度和果形指数的遗传均受加性效应和非加性效应的控制,其中单果质量、折光糖含量和果形指数的遗传以加性效应为主,果肉厚度的遗传则以非加性效应为主。M-14为综合性状较优,利用潜力高的亲本材料。
