家蚕茧层含胶率的遗传学研究

本文以数量遗传学的研究方法对家蚕茧层含胶率进行了探讨。结果表明:茧层含胶率是一种较为稳定的遗传性状,品种间差异较大,广义遗传力为75.58％;影响茧层含胶率的因素的主次关系为:品种>饲育环境>雌雄性别,含胶率的高低与茧层量间不存在直接对应关系,加性效应和显性效应对茧层含胶率都是重要的,狭义遗传力为56.88％;低含胶率相对于高含胶率为显性性状,供试品种存在有一个或一组控制茧层含胶率的显性主效基因。

Genetic research on cocoon shell sericin percent of silkworm, Bombyx mori,Sci. Seric.

Analysis for the character of cocoon shell sericin of silkworm has been carried out with the method of quantative genetics. The results showed: There are obvious differences in cocoon shell sericin percent among different varieties, but it somewhere is a kind of stable genetic character with broad heritability 75.58%. The range of fac-ters which affect cocoon shell sericin percent is variety >rearing environment > sex. There are no direct relation between cocoon shell sericin percent and cocoon shell weight. Both additive effect and dominant effect are all important to cocoon shell sericin percent,and narrow heritability reaches 56.88%. Low sericin percent character is dominant,and high sericin percent character is recessive. It is estimated that there exists one or one group dominant major gene(s) which control the character of cocoon shell sericin percent.
