雪菜中粗纤维含量的测定

摘    要:采用国家标准GB/T 5009.10-2003植物类食品中粗纤维的测定方法,测定和比较了3个品种及来自同一品种的5个不同品系的雪菜中粗纤维的含量。结果显示,雪菜中粗维含量较高,品种间的含量差异达显著水平,品系间含量差异不明显。通过对不同品种雪菜粗纤维的比较可为雪菜的品种选育及生产加工提供参考。

Abstract:According to the country standard GB/T 5009.10-2003 for determination of crude fiber in plant foods,the content of crude fiber in Brassica juncea from three varieties and five different strains of the same variety was determined and compared.The results showed that the content of crude fiber in Brassicajuncea was higher and the difference of crude fiber content among varieties was significant,but not significant among strains.This provided reference for breeding,production and processing of pickled potherb ...
