低温预处理对中间偃麦草×普通小麦F_1幼穗愈伤组织诱导和继代培养的影响

摘    要:中间偃麦草×普通小麦F_1幼穗,在0—4℃冰箱中分别预处理5、10、15天后接种培养,结果是各个低温预处理的幼穗开始出现愈伤组织的时间都较对照提早;幼穗愈伤组织诱导率以预处理10天达最高水平。在愈伤组织继代培养到第三代时,预处理15天的老化愈伤组织频率极显著地低于对照。

Abstract:The young spikes of F1 hybrid, Elytrigia intermidia×Triticum aestivum, were treated under 0—4℃ for 5, 10 and 15 days respectively, prior to being cultured on agar medium. The results showed as follows: The explants treated showed earlier occurrence of callus than the control. The 10 days treatment expressed the highest frequency of occurrence of calli in third generation of successive culturing. The frequency of degraded calli appearing in the 15 days treatment was lower than in the control.
