摘    要:本试验选用28日龄杜长大断奶仔猪135头,按随机区组设计分成5组;对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的中草药提取物,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加20mg/kg硫酸粘杆菌素和100mg/kg杆菌肽锌,研究中草药复方对早期断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道菌群的影响。结果表明:中草药组的腹泻率比对照组分别降低47.6%、51.2%和45.2%(P0.05),与抗生素组无显著差异(P0.05)。肠道菌群DGGE图谱显示,中草药组仔猪直肠粪样相似性指数大于60%,0.5%中草药组微生物多样性最高;DGGE图谱中3条特异条带的序列与GenBank登录的相关序列的相似性都大于90%。

Abstract:To study the effects of Chinese herbs as feed additives on growth performance and intestinal bacterial diversity on piglets.135 weaned piglets(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) were used in a 28-day growth trial.The piglets were allocated to five dietary treatments in a randomized complete block design.The dietary treatments were control group(basal diets);treatments of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,adding 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% of herb extract into the basal diets;antibiotic group,adding 20 mg/kg Colistin Sulfate and 100 mg/kg Bacitracin Zinc into the basal diet.The results showed that:comparing to the control group,supplementation with herb additives decreased the diarrhea by 47.6%,51.2% and 45.2%(P < 0.05),and no significant difference in the antibiotic group(P > 0.05).PCR-DGGE DNA profiles of the V6-V8 region gene of 16S rDNA of microbiota in rectum indicate the degree of similarities of Chinese herb groups were exceeding 60%,the high levels of diversity were found in 0.5% herb group;These bands indicating with a-c observed in herb groups showed exceeding 90% similarity with known sequences of Genbank.
