摘    要:试验以汕优63为对照,初步测定、分析了B优827和汕优63各生育时期干物质积累、变化规律及产量结构差异.从各时期不同器官干物质的积累、分配及发根力、根冠比、根系活力等方面分析比较了B优827和汕优63的异同.B优827中后期干物质的积累量均显著大于汕优63,且各时期不同器官干物质的分配合理,干物质输出量大,有效转化率高,在后期仍能保持较高的茎叶等器官干物质含量和根系活力,抗衰老能力较强.从产量结构看,B优827穗大、粒多、结实率高、千粒重大,产量达到9.06×103kg/hm2,较汕优63增产8.50%.表现了库大、源足、流畅的物质积累和运转特点.

Abstract:In a field experiment,B You 827 and Shan You 63 were compared in respect of their dry matter accumulation and change patterns in various growth periods and their yield components.Their dry matter accumulation and distribution,rooting capacity,root/shoot ratio and root vigor were recorded in various growth stages.In middle and later growth periods,B You 827 accumulated more dry matter than Shan You 63,dry matter distribution in different organs was relatively reasonable,the volume of dry matter output was big and its effective conversion rate was high.It maintained fairly high dry matter content and great vigor of the root system even in the later growth period,which shows its high senescence resistance.In yield components,B You 827 had the advantages of big ears,multiple grains,high fertility and 1000-seed weight.Compared with Shan You,B You 827 gave a yield increase of 8.50%(9.06 t/ha).
