摘    要:[目的]对超声法提取蜘蛛香中总黄酮的工艺进行优化。[方法]利用超声法提取蜘蛛香中的总黄酮,考察了乙醇浓度、固液比、浸泡时间、超声时间4个因素对总黄酮得率的影响,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了提取的最佳工艺条件。[结果]最佳提取工艺为60%的乙醇,固液比1∶20,浸泡24 h,超声时间30 min。[结论]该工艺重现性好,对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of total flavone from Valeriana jatamansi Jones by ultrasonic method.[Method] Total flavone was extracted from V.jatamansi Jones by ultrasonic method.The effects of four factors including ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,soaking time and ultrasonic time on the yield of total flavone were investigated.The optimum technological conditions of total flavone exaction were confirmed through single factor test and the orthogonal test.[Result] The optimum exaction technology conditions were as follows:60% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20,soaking for 24 h and ultrasonic time of 30 min.[Conclusion] This technology has good reproducibility and has better reference value for further technology development of total flavone.
