瘦肉型杂交猪肥育、屠宰效果的研究

本研究是《推广瘦肉型杂交猪》重点科技承包项目的重点配套研究课题。1987—1989年分别对杜×甘白、杜×甘黑、汉×甘白、汉×甘黑、长×甘白、长×甘黑、大约×甘白(杜:杜洛克猪;汉:汉普夏猪;长:长白猪;大约:大约克夏猪;甘黑:甘肃黑猪;甘白:甘肃白猪。)的七个杂交组合和甘白×甘白、甘黑×甘黑、甘白×甘黑三个母本专试组进行了测定。育肥试猪共178头,屠宰试猪共114头。结果表明,杂交组合的肥育和屠宰各项指标均高于母本纯繁对照,日增重高55.18克

Comparative Study on Fattening and Dressing Performances of Crossbred Lean-meat Pigs

This study was a key research subproject of the comprehensive technical contraction pnogram entitled Extention of Crossbred Lean-meat Pigs conducted over 1987—1989.One hundred and seventy eight trial finishers were tested,of which 114 were slaughtered,for comparison of 7 Cross combinations including Duroe×Gansu White, Duroc×Gansu Black, Hampshire×Gansu White, Hampshire×Gansu Black, Landrace×Gansu White, Landrace×Gansu Black and Yorkshire×Gansu White, and 3 control groups including Gansu White×Gansu White, Gansu Black×Gansu Black and Gansu White×Gansu Black. The results indicated that the fattening and dressing performances of all the cross combinations were significantly higher than those of the controls, showing 55.18g higher in daily gain(P.<0.01), 0.51kg lower in feed consumption per unit kg body gain, 6.29% greater in dressing percentage (P<0.01), 6.2cm~2 larger in loineye muscle area(P<0.01)and 0.54cm lower in back fat thickness (P<0.01). When comparison was made between the crossbred groups, it was found out that the combination of Hampshire×Gansu White was the most ideal one,followed by Duroc×Gansu White and Yorkshire×Gansu White in Gansu White production area, and that the combination of Hampshire×Gansu Black was the most satisfactory one, while the crossbreeding between Duroc×Gansu Black was also important in Gansu Black production area. It is concluded that extending crossbreeding of Gansu White may greatly contribute to production of quality lean-meat type pigs.
