摘 要: | 用~(60)Co—γ射线372Gy辐照早熟、高秆、小穗型品种鲁谷2号,在M_1代选择结实性好、绿叶黄穗、株高比原品种矮15厘米、熟期偏晚的正常植株.M_(3)代选择稳定株系,经品比、多点试验和区域试验育成鲁谷7号。研究表明,γ射线可以诱发谷子几个性状同时产生突变。谷子的M_1代有明显的显性突变,从M_1代即可按育种目标对遗传力高的性状进行重点选择,避免M_2、M_3代种植大量群体,提高了育种效率。

Abstract: | The foxtail millet variety "Lugu No.2" possessing characters of early maturity,tall stem, and small panicle were radiated with ~(60)Co γ-ray.The normal plants,that hare good seediness,green leaves and yellow panicle,dwarfed stem (15cm shorter than that of their parents), and slightly delayed mature period,were selected in M_1 generation,A stabilized line of panicle was selected in M_3 generation and a new variety "Lugu No.7" after variety comparison, polylocational and regional tests was bred. The study showed that the γ-ray can simultaneously induce mutation of several characters in foxtail millet,Because the dominant mutation could obviously appear in M_1 generation,so according to the breeding objective we must concentrate our attention to select the characters of high heritability from M_1 generation and gain breeding success more easily,This method avoids to plant mass population of M_2 and M_3 generations and improves efficiency on breeding. |
