硫酸锰浸种对苦荞种子活力及芽菜产量与品质的影响

研究了硫酸锰浸种对苦荞种子萌发、苦荞芽菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明,较低浓度的硫酸锰浸种可以提高苦荞种子的活力指数和种子相关酶的活性,对苦荞芽菜的生长有促进效应,可以提高苦荞芽菜的产量、维生素C和总黄酮的含量,其中0.05%的硫酸锰浸种效果最好,与对照相比,苦荞种子发芽势、发芽率和活力指数分别提高12%、15%和50%,脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别提高11%和5%;苦荞芽菜产量、维生素C和总黄酮含量分别提高18%、26%和14%。0.1%的硫酸锰浸种对苦荞种子萌发和相关酶活性具有抑制效应,对苦荞芽菜生长和品质无促进作用。

Effect of MnSO4 Soaking on the Vigor of Buckwheat Seeds and Yield &Quality of Buckwheat Sprouts
