猪细小病毒在兔体内的垂直传播

摘    要:以猪细小病毒(PPV)细胞复壮毒接种于妊娠后11~13d的初妊母兔,接毒的初妊母兔均于妊娠后30~32d分娩。分娩后立即扑杀接毒母兔及其死产仔兔、对照母兔及其仔兔,分别无菌采集其肝脏和肾脏,按常规方法处理后以银加强胶体金技术进行检测,结果试验兔样本均为阳性,而对照兔样本均为阴性,这表明PPV也可在兔体内垂直传播,并引起繁殖障碍。初妊母兔可替代妊娠母猪作为PPV人工感染试验的动物模型。

Abstract:Primiparous doe was first used for experimental infection of porcine parvovirus (PPV) in this study. They were infected with pk 15 cell rejuvenated PPV at 11 13 day of gestation period, and farrowed at 30 32 day after gestation. All of the infected does, control does, and their baby rabbits were killed post farrowing, the livers and kidneys were collected aseptically and detected by using a silver enhanced colloidal gold assay (SECGA) after being treated by conventional methods. The results of the experimentally infected rabbit specimens were all positive, while control rabbit specimens were negative. This results indicated that PPV could also be transmitted vertically in the rabbit and caused their reproductive failure. It was proved that the primiparous does should be used as a substitude for pregnancy sow in artificial infection test of PPV.
