大叶相思抗寒性选择研究

摘    要:采用电导法对大叶相思5个种源,15个家系进行了耐寒性测定和评估。试验结果表明:大叶相思的低温半致死温度为0.605 8℃。大叶相思种源间和家系间耐寒能力差异显著,其中种源的耐寒性从高到低排序为19244>18924>17966>18854>19250;相对耐寒的家系为JSL1303和BVG2726,JSL1358家系的耐寒能力最差。

Abstract:This paper evaluated the cold resistance ability of Acacia auricalaeformis A. Cunn which include five seedlots and fifteen families on basis of electrical conductivity. The results showed that the LtS0 of A. auriculaeformis is 0. 605 8 ℃ , and there were very significant difference for cold tolerance between seedlots and families. The cold resistance of these seedlots from high to low is 19244 〉 18924 〉 17966 〉 18854 〉 19250, the strongest family tolerance to cold were JSLI303 and BVG2726, the worst family tolerance to cold was JSL1358.
