摘 要: | 利用富含营养的胡萝卜与风味怡人的富士苹果,以适当的比例、合理的工艺研制出色、香、味、营养俱全的全天然果蔬饮料。在研制过程中着重解决了原料加工中的褐度、口味的协调以及产品的稳定性

Abstract: | The objectives of this study were to prepare a fully nature fruit and vegetable beverage from carrot and Fujiapple. The final product is nutritious and taste delicious. Flavour adjusting,browning and stability controlling were also de-termined. |
