低温贮藏对细点扁股小蜂羽化率及产卵量的影响

摘    要:为评价低温贮藏对细点扁股小蜂Elasmuspunctulatus的影响,以贮藏温度(6、8、10和12~C)、贮藏时间(1、2和3周)和细点扁股小蜂蛹龄(1~4日龄)为参试因子,研究冷藏对细点扁股小蜂羽化率及产卵量的影响。结果表明:3个因素均可显著影响细点扁股小蜂羽化率和产卵量;随着温度的降低和冷藏时间的增加,羽化率和产卵量均逐渐降低。综合分析得出,以2日龄蛹12℃下贮藏14d为宜,此时细点扁股小蜂的羽化率和产卵量均达到较高水平,分别为97-34%和38.5粒,与未冷藏对照的差异不显著。

Abstract:Effects of cold storage on Elasmus punctulatus Verma & Hayat reared on Tirathaba rufivena Walker, were evaluated at 6, 8, 10 and 12 °C for periods of 1, 2 and 3 weeks at pupal stage (1-4 days old) in terms of emergence rate and fecundity. Results showed that storage temperature, duration, and pupal stage could significantly affect emergence rate and fecundity of E. punctulatus; emergence rate and fecundity gradually decreased with the decline in storage temperature and the elongation of storage duration. The optimal storage conditions for E. punctulatus were to store the 2-d pupae at 12 °C for 14 d, which resulted in the emergence rate of 97.34% and fecundity of 38.5 eggs, not significantly different from those of the control.
