小链霉菌Ynl68发酵产物抗植物病毒活性的研究

摘    要:本文对1株小链霉菌StreptomycesparvusYnl68发酵滤液的抗植物病毒活性进行了研究。结果表明,该菌株的发酵滤液对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)、马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)都有一定的预防和治疗效果。经枯斑试验测定,发酵滤液对TMV的钝化、预防和治疗效果分别为84.2%、68.7%和52.3%;酶标记免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定发现,发酵滤液对CMV和PVY的增殖抑制率分别为56.0%和46.4%;盆栽试验结果表明,发酵产物对TMV弓l起的青椒病毒病的预防和治疗效果分别为55。30%和41.49%。

Abstract:Fermentation filtrate of Streptomyces parvus Yn168 was found to be active against TMV (Tobacco mosaic virus) , CMV (Cucumber mosaic virus) and PVY (Potato virus Y) . Local lesion assays demonstrated that it inactivated, prevented and cured TMV infection by 84.2%, 68.7% and 52.3%, respectively. ELISA detection revealed that it inhibited replication of CMV and PVY by 56.0% and 46.4%, respectively. Its prevention and therapeutic efficiencies against TMV were 55.30% and 41.49%, respectively, when tested on pot-cultivated pepper 191ants.
