| Abstract: | The medium components of submerged fermentation of Pholiota adiposa were studied with shake flask culture method.The results showed that the optimal carbon source for P.adiposa was glucose,the best nitrogen source for the strain was beef extract.The optimal culture medium obtained throught orthognal designs was as follow:glucose 3%,beef extract1.5%,K_2HPO_4 0.3%,MgSO_4 0.1%. |
