摘    要:采用摇瓶培养法对黄伞菌丝深层发酵培养基组成进行了研究。结果表明 ,黄伞菌丝深层发酵适宜的碳源为葡萄糖 ,适宜的氮源为牛肉膏 ;正交试验得到较优培养基配方

Abstract:The medium components of submerged fermentation of Pholiota adiposa were studied with shake flask culture method.The results showed that the optimal carbon source for P.adiposa was glucose,the best nitrogen source for the strain was beef extract.The optimal culture medium obtained throught orthognal designs was as follow:glucose 3%,beef extract1.5%,K_2HPO_4 0.3%,MgSO_4 0.1%.
