稻米垩白度测定特征值提取的算法研究

摘    要:
为了改进传统的稻米垩白度计算方法操作困难、准确率低等不足,提出了一种稻米垩白度测定特征值提取的新算法。该算法利用图像处理软件和积分学的相关理论计算稻米米粒的面积和垩白区域的面积,进而计算稻米垩白度,大大提高了算法的精准度,为稻米品质评价指标体系的建立打下了基础。

Abstract:
in order to improve the traditional rice chalkiness calculation methods, which are difficult to operate and low in accuracy, a new algorithm for rice chalkiness determination was proposed. Calculation of rice grains area and the area of the chalky area, furthermore, rice chalkiness was calculated, which greatly improved the accuracy of the algorithm and laid the foundation for the establishment of rice quality evaluation index system.
