鄱阳湖生态经济区农田水利建设与农业综合生产能力灰色关联分析

农田水利建设是农业健康稳定发展的基本保障,深入探究农田水利建设与农业综合生产能力之间的内在联系,可以更好地发展农田水利来促进农业生产。分别选取8个投入指标以及8个产出指标,运用灰色系统模型,分别对鄱阳湖生态经济区农田水利建设与农业综合生产能力、农业生产投入要素与农业综合生产能力进行灰色关联度分析,得到灌溉面积和有效灌溉率与农业综合生产能力的关联度分别为0.635 349和0.594 240,依次位居第13和15位,有效灌溉面积位居第5位,有效灌溉率位居第8位。从结果可知,鄱阳湖生态经济区的农田水利投入对农业综合生产能力的提高作用并不明显,表明农田水利建设对促进农业综合生产力还有着较大的潜力,并提出相应建议。

Grey Relational Analysis of Farmland Water Conservancy and Comprehensive Agricultural Production Capacity in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone

Selecting 8 input and 8 output indicators, the support of agricultural investment and development of the agriculture is calculated by the correlation analysis. The results indicated that the support of the effective irrigated area and the comprehensive agricultural production capacity is 0.635349, ranked NO.13. The support of the effective irrigation rate and the comprehensive agricultural production capacity is 0.59424, ranked NO.15. Among all the input factors of agricultural production, the effective irrigation area ranked No.5, the effective irrigation rate ranked No.8. Generally speaking, the farmland water conservancy has little effect in the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, but also has great potential. Fatally, the appropriate suggestions have been put forward.
