施肥技术对白茶产量和品质的影响

施肥是调控茶叶产量和品质的最重要的栽培措施之一,在溧阳南山地区天目湖白茶种植区内,设计了4种不同的施肥处理(油菜饼+羊粪、油菜饼+鸡粪、油菜饼+鸡粪+复合肥以及复合肥+尿素),考察芽叶产量以及茶叶中游离氨基酸酸、咖啡碱、茶多酚和儿茶素含量等指标,研究不同施肥处理对白茶产量和品质的影响。结果表明,有机肥与复合肥相结合的方式,在提高产量的同时确保茶叶的品质,推荐在该地区使用。

Effects of Fertilization Technology on Yield and Quality of White Tea

Fertilization is one of the most important cultivation measures to control the yield and quality of tea, in Nanshan area of Liyang white tea planting area in Tianmu Lake, designed 4 different fertilization treatments (rape cake + sheep manure, rape cake + chicken manure, rape cake + chicken manure + compound fertilizer, and compound fertilizer + urea), based on investigation of yield of buds and leaves, the free amino acid, caffeine, tea polyphenols and catechin content in tea leaves, the effects of different fertilization treatments on Yield and quality of white tea were studied. The results showed that the combination of organic manure and compound fertilizer could improve the yield and ensure the quality of tea, which was recommended in this area.
