| 摘 要： | 黑茶是六大茶类之一,具有独特的品质特征,其成品茶的品质形成与拼配关系密切。论述了黑毛茶的品质特征、级别划分、成品黑茶的拼配目的与方法;介绍了湖南主要黑茶产品的拼配要求,以期为黑茶产品开发和拼配技术的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Dark tea is one of the six major teas with unique quality characteristics, and there is a close relationship between quality formation and blending in the tea. This paper discusses the quality of dark tea, the classification of dark tea quality, the purpose and methods of dark tea blending;and recommends the blending requirements of main dark tea products in Hunan,in order to provide reference for dark tea product development and blending technology improvement. |
