摘    要:以芒属植物A0104和C0424两个品种的幼苗为材料,采用水培的方式探讨了Cd胁迫对芒属植物叶片抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果表明:当Cd浓度为1~2 mg/L时,Cd胁迫对C0424的影响较小,当Cd浓度增加至3~4 mg/L时,C0424体内氧化应激加剧;而A0104在1~4 mg/L的Cd胁迫浓度下均发生了强烈的氧化应激反应。这表明C0424在Cd耐性方面优于A0104。

Abstract:Taking seedlings of Miscanthus A0104 and C0424 as materials, the effects of Cd stress on the antioxidant enzyme system of the leaves of Miscanthus was studied by means of hydroponics. The results showed that 1-2 mg/L Cd have less effect on the C0424 Cd stress, but when the concentration of Cd increased to 3- 4 mg/L, Oxidative stress increased in C0424 oxidative stress. And strong oxidative stress reaction happened in A0104 under 1- 4 mg/L Cd stress concentrations. It was concluded that the tolerance to Cd in C0424 is stronger than that in A0104.
