| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,中小企业在我国经济中占有举足轻重的地位,在发展的同时也面临诸多问题.其中,融资困难是中小企业发展最为重要的阻碍.文章分析中小企业融资的现状以及存在的问题,并对此提出相应的对策.
