天然植物营养素对水稻生长发育及降镉效应研究

摘    要:为探明天然植物营养素(水溶有机肥料)对水稻生长发育、稻米品质和降镉效应的影响,通过镉超标土壤盆栽试验开展研究。结果表明:喷施天然植物营养素对水稻株高及分蘖有一定的促进作用,提高水稻对氮、钾的吸收和稻谷产量,稻草氮、钾含量分别较对照提高2.2%~5.4%和15.4%~26.4%,稻谷产量提高5.7%;显著提高稻米粗蛋白和赖氨酸含量,粗蛋白含量提高6.1%~10.9%,赖氨酸含量提高50.0%~63.6%;增加稻根镉含量,阻止镉向地上部转移,茎叶镉含量较对照降低3.7%~9.6%;稻米镉含量0.07 mg/kg,低于国家食品卫生标准(0.2 mg/kg)。叶面喷施浓度以1∶900倍稀释液为宜。

Abstract:A pot experiment using cadmium contaminated soil was conducted to study the effects of natural plant nutrients (water-soluble organic fertilizer) on growth of rice and the quality of rice grain and the reduction of cadmium (Cd) in rice. The results showed that foliar application natural plant nutrients showed a positive effects on height and tillers in rice grain, but the absorption of nitrogen and potassium in straw were increased by 2.2%-5.4% and 15.4%-26.4%, respectively, the yield of rice grain increased by 5.7%, and crude protein and lysine in rice grain significantly increased by 6.1%-10.9% and 50.0%-63.6%, respectively. The Cd concentration in rice root increased which prevented the transportation of Cd from root to overground part in rice. The Cd concentration in straw decreased by 3.7%-9.6%, and the Cd concentration of rice grain was 0.07 mg/kg, which was lower than the national food and healthy standard (<0.2 mg/kg). The concentration of foliar application 1:900 times diluted natural plant nutrients is the most appropriate.
