百合多糖提取工艺优化

摘    要:以龙牙百合为试验材料,研究了温度、料液比、时间和处理次数4个单因素对多糖提取率的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,进行了4因素3水平正交试验。试验结果表明:提取最优条件为温度60℃,时间40 min,提取次数4次,料液比1∶5。此优化条件下,百合多糖的提取率可达6.27%。

Abstract:Taking Longya lilium as Test materials, the effects of temperature, materials ratio, time and treatment time on the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from Lilium brownie were studied, by the method of water and ethyl alcohol. On the basis of the single factor test condition, the four-factor tri-level orthogonal experiment was conducted. The results indicated that the optimal extraction temperature, extraction duration, extraction times, and liquid-solid ratio were 60℃, 40min, 4, and 1:5, respectively. Under these conditions, the actual yield of Lilium brownii polysaccharide was 6.27%.
